Our client is a global leader in the premium consumer goods industry, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. We are looking for an Accountant for a short-term assignment in Zug. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of accounting experience who wants hands‑on exposure to international processes and support in day‑to‑day finance operations.
Responsibilities
Assisting with day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Supporting invoice processing, expense reports, and payment runs.
Helping with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Contributing to month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
Assisting in preparing VAT returns and other compliance documentation.
Providing support for audit preparation and ad‑hoc finance projects.
Maintaining electronic filing and ensuring data accuracy in ERP systems.
Qualifications
4+ years of accounting experience (preferably in an international environment).
Familiarity with ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong command of English (additional languages such as German or French are a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
