Mit wem werden Sie zusammenarbeiten?
Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie Engineering, Produktion, Qualität und Vertrieb zusammen sowie mit internationalen Lieferanten und Kunden. In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Supply Chain Organisation und tragen aktiv zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Materialversorgung und erfolgreichen Auftragsabwicklung bei.
Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?
Als Mitglied der Supply Chain / Procurement Organisation sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse sowie für die Koordination von Kundenaufträgen im Bereich AVOR.
In dieser Rolle stellen Sie sicher, dass Materialien und Komponenten termingerecht und kosteneffizient beschafft werden, während gleichzeitig qualitativ hochwertige Lieferantenbeziehungen aufgebaut und gepflegt werden. Sie tragen durch Ihre Analysen, Planung und Verhandlungen dazu bei, die operative Leistungsfähigkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens nachhaltig zu sichern.
Wie sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus?
* Auswahl, Entwicklung und Bewertung von Lieferanten sowie Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits
* Verhandlung und Umsetzung von Rahmenverträgen und Bestellungen
* Operativer Einkauf von Materialien und Komponenten
* Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen und Erstellung von Ersatzteilangeboten
* Durchführung von Vor- und Nachkalkulationen
* Abwicklung von Garantie- und Reparaturfällen
* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufs- und Lieferantenkennzahlen
* Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen (SAP B1 Key User Rolle)
Qualifications
Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technischer Einkäufer oder vergleichbare technische/kaufmännische Qualifikation
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf in einem internationalen Unternehmen
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP B1)
* Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement, Verhandlungen und operativem Einkauf
* Strukturierte, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
* Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
* Sprachkenntnisse:
o Deutsch: fließend
o Englisch: gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
