Job Description
Providing knowledge and direction in process safety, in the fields of both flammability and thermal stability hazards, to support Syngenta’s new product development and pilot plant manufacturing
Playing a key role in the development of safe manufacturing processes
Supporting risk assessments with safety data, guidance, and advice
Contributing to the development of novel technologies and approaches relating to process safety
Providing training and coaching in process safety to colleagues throughout the region
Qualifications
Extensive prior specialization in process safety is not essential, as you will be joining a group of globally recognised technical experts that will support your development in this area.
What we do require from you is :
Master's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Experience of Process Risk Assessment techniques (e.g. HAZOP) in the context of batch chemical processing
Strong planning and organizational skills
Fluency in English
