Your tasks * Create presentations, reports and dashboards to help the OPEX team make the most appropri-ate decisions * Coordinate agendas and facilitate meetings * Ensure the smooth flow of information, communication and continuous improvements * Support Project Implementation in the different locations: generate new content, connect with local HR and leaders * Project Management: create a clear overview of all projects and ensure the currency of the necessary data, reports, controlling cross projects dependencies and deadlines * Defining a marketing strategy for the department, create and publish content Your profile * Student or Bachelors/master-s degree in economics, administration, operations, engineering, or another related field * Advanced analytical and computer skills, including MS Office system and tools (Excel, Power-Point, Teams; Mural & Sharepoint beneficial) * Knowledge in databases, spreadsheet statistical applications, and design software packages (ERP and Power BI preferable) would be an asset * Prior administrative work is an advantage * Good sense of organization and attention to details * Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity * Fluent in English and German * Only candidates from EU/EFTA Benefits Clear vision and purpose \
