An international company operating in the architecture, interior solutions and construction materials sector is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow its business in the Zurich region.
This position focuses on building strong commercial relationships, increasing market presence, and developing business opportunities within the retail and project environment. The role combines account management, new business development and project follow‑up, working closely with professionals involved in residential and contract projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a sales plan to strengthen market presence in the assigned territory.
* Build long‑term relationships with key customers, including kitchen studios, fabricators, architects, interior designers and construction partners.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail and project channels.
* Support clients throughout the full sales and project cycle, from specification to delivery.
* Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and customer needs within the local market.
* Maintain accurate reporting and activity tracking through internal systems.
Profile We Are Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in a field sales or commercial role.
Background in construction materials, surfaces, stone, kitchens or interior solutions is a strong advantage.
