YOUR ROLE: AsMedia Project Managerfor Europeand reporting to theHead of Media and Client Campaigns,you willplaya key role in deployingthe regional mediastrategy.You will lead the implementation of integrated media campaigns to boost brand awareness, enhance consumer engagement, and drive customer acquisition.In this key position, you will collaborate closely with media experts across European markets.This is an ideal opportunity for a media professional seeking growth, continuous learning, and impactful contributions within a dynamic, global setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Media Planning Execute the media strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment withthe Maison'sglobal framework and the specific ambitions of each local market.
Track annual planning across all media platforms, including Print, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Digital.
Oversee regional media planning campaigns, encompassing all stages frominitialbriefing to execution, while diligently tracking,optimizing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating performance across both online and offline channels.
Manage the media budget, ensuringaccurateallocation and year-end reconciliation.
MediaBuying& Tracking Collaborate with local media experts in European markets to guarantee that both offline and online campaigns are set up to meet high professional standards, adhere toestablishedguidelines, and ensure brandsafety.
Share creative briefs and production assets viaPictoandapprove previews with the agency.
Monitor andoptimizecampaigneffectiveness.
Managedailyinteractions with the regional media agency, fostering a robust and collaborative partnership.
Establish clearobjectivesand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the regional Mediacom team.
Conduct annual performance evaluations of the agency based on agreedmissions andprovide consistent feedback on operational effectiveness and service quality.
Cultivate community engagement among media experts in local markets, promoting the sharing of best practices.
PROFILE: Master’s degree in business administration or communication
5-10years of experience inmedia, with a strong focus on the luxury industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability toleveragedata for informed decision-making
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and to manage external vendors
Solid experience in budget ownership and cost control
