In the NPD team here at Hügli's Steinach site, we successfully develop our product formulations and are responsible for the scaling-up process and support for Manufacture in our production plants.

* Development of our culinary products with a focus on preserves in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing and Production
* Planning and carrying out large-scale trials
* New development and optimisation of production processes
* Documentation of development trials and projects
What you bring with you
* A food technology qualification (food engineer FH, food technician HF or equivalent training/experience)
* Professional experience in food product development, preferably in the canned food / delicatessen sector
* Wide-ranging knowledge of raw materials (sensory/functional properties)
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
* Independent, dynamic and flexible way of working paired with team and convincing communication skills
