Join a fast-growing company and help drive its expansion project forwardTemporary contract for 6 months with possibility for an extensionAbout Our ClientYou will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment and you'll partner closely with hiring managers and talent business partners to shape hiring strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and contribute to the evolution of global TA practices. Experience recruiting Product profiles is a strong plus.Job DescriptionLead the execution of recruitments across multiple business functions, managing end-to-end candidate processes including sourcing, candidate assessment & management, and offer negotiations/acceptance through their first dayConsistently deliver the wow to candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout the hiring journeyStrategically partner with hiring managers and talent business partners to prioritize future and open roles. Tailor interview and assessment processes that cultivate exceptional hires & diverse teams. Continuously uncover ways to upskill hiring teams, up to and including large group training facilitationContribute to the evolution of existing TA programs and processes, developing innovative strategies and tools to improve the TA function regionally and globally. Act as a subject matter expert, driving consistency and raising the bar in hiring practicesUtilize the full TA tech stack (Gem, Greenhouse, Workday, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter) to analyze and illustrate recruiting pipelines and results, sharing back with business leaders and talent partners advising on recommendations for refinements and overall hiring evolutionsRole model adoption of the TA tech stack by demonstrating how to diagnose and drive efficiencies in each stage of the recruiting processShape the future of the organization by building business acumen within your assigned function(s), identifying training needs, diversity & inclusion opportunities, and developing annual recruitment plans for planned roles, adjusting as unplanned roles are presented throughout the yearAnticipate future talent needs by making the most of applicant and sourcing poolsThe Successful Applicant5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, hiring for differing levels of seniority across various lines of businessDemonstrates strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of the talent market to effectively source, engage, and assess the right candidatesExperience recruiting Product profiles is a strong advantageDirect search and strategic talent pool building experience, sourcing difficult-to-fill roles, with proven results in creating a more diverse workforceHistory of collaborating successfully with business leaders and internal HR teams, with experience upskilling interviewers in hiring philosophies and best practicesAble to utilize data to influence business leaders and talent-related decisions and as a tool to guide and reinforce recruiting goalsYou are forward-thinking and agile, thrive in ambiguity, with goals of building better organizations for current employees and future candidatesWhat's on OfferJoin a people-first talent team that challenges traditional HR approaches.
