Your Main Mission at BuzzBrothers:
The Junior Digital Project Manager handles simple projects and assists Confirmed/Senior Project Managers in coordinating, planning, and monitoring advanced and complex digital projects within the agency.
She/he actively contribute to the smooth execution of digital projects by supporting daily planning management, preparing deliverables, and ensuring communication between internal teams, partners, and clients.
1. Analysis, Brief & Scoping
* Understand the client’s business, marketing, and digital challenges.
* Support the definition of scope, deliverables, methodology, and responsibilities alongside the Confirmed/Senior Project Manager.
* Structure project documentation (Drive, Slack, tools).
2. Planning, Budget & Resources
* Build and maintain project plans.
* Strictly monitor deadlines, dependencies, and validations.
* Contribute to budget estimations.
* Assist in resource planning with the Confirmed/Senior PM, the traffic manager, and expert leads.
3. Execution & Delivery of Digital Outputs
* Contribute to preparing internal briefs and sharing them with teams.
* Help coordinate digital expertise: Strategy, Creative, UX/UI, SEO, eCRM, Social Media, Paid Media, Motion Design, Webmastering.
* Contribute to daily production management, deliverables, and task tracking across various project types.
* Keep documentation updated and ensure decision traceability.
* Assist during QA and testing phases.
* Help identify risks or delays and alert the management.
* Support the management of scope or planning changes.
4. Reporting & Optimization
* Track project KPIs: effort, margin, deadlines, quality.
* Track timesheets and proper resource allocation.
* Organize end-of-project reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
* Contribute to improving project management processes and methodologies.
5. Client Management & Meetings
* Participate in key meetings: kick-offs, weekly status, workshops, postmortems.
* Prepare meetings with a structured agenda shared beforehand.
* Write clear meeting minutes with decisions, actions, and next steps.
* Relay information between experts, clients, and external partners.
* Contribute to clear communication and client satisfaction.
6. Collaboration & Professional Development
* Work closely with Confirmed/Senior PMs and the Accounting teams.
* Participate in the digital department’s activities: meetings, team updates, best-practice sharing.
* Demonstrate rigor, listening skills, and team spirit.
* Engage in developing project-management skills and mastering tools.
* Train on the agency’s methods and processes to become more autonomous.
* Highlight project successes within the digital team and agency.
Preferred experience
* Higher education in project management or digital communication/marketing.
* First experience in a digital, media, or 360° agency.
* Solid basics in project management, planning, and coordination.
* Strong interest in digital: UX/UI, social, CRM, data, e-commerce, innovation.
* Analytical, rigorous, curious, eager to learn.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
