What You Will Do
* Manage/Lead the short, mid and long term supply chain planning and execution of relevant topics with the customer and Lonza internal stakeholders.
* Execute monthly S&O P and supply planning cycles, including creation of product supply plans.
* Prepare demand planning input and ensure stakeholder alignment on supply decisions.
* Create and maintain supply-related KPIs to drive improvement initiatives.
* Manage material creation requests and ensure timely inbound/outbound of API and finished products.
* Validate supply scenarios for materials, resources, and warehouse capacity.
* Own and maintain project BOM and ensure system updates.
* Liaise with project teams to resolve material issues and implement corrective actions.
What We Are Looking For
* MSc in Supply Chain Management or related field (BS considered).
* Advanced experience (5–10 years) in Supply Chain and Program Management.
* APICS CPIM certification is required.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes and supply chain.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and SAP PP/EWM modules.
* Familiarity with GMP environments and compliance requirements.
* Business‑fluent English.
