Electronics Control Hardware Architect (m/f/d)
on behalf of Schindler Aufzüge AG.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze system requirements and translate them into robust hardware solutions in compliance with industry standards
Define and maintain the hardware architecture of elevator control systems, including master schematics and product structure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, System and Software Engineers) to ensure seamless HW-SW integration
Develop and integrate interfaces for subsystems, components, and controller platforms
Specify requirements for PCBAs, assemblies, harnesses, and sub-components
Drive quality assurance through FMEAs, root cause analysis, and design reviews
Support testing and field analysis, document corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement
Identify emerging technology trends, conduct feasibility studies, and contribute to product evolution
Your Profile
Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in hardware architecture for control systems
Strong background in architecture design, requirements engineering, and interface management
Solid understanding of production processes for electronic assemblies and commissioning procedures
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities
