THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
* Support Partnerships Managers on day-to-day administrative duties with FIFA's Commercial Affiliates.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and FIFA stakeholders.
* Support Commercial Affiliates with information on events and activation opportunities.
* Support Partnerships Managers with VIK planning, management and reconciliation & invoicing.
* Develop effective tracking tools and documents for management of VIK allocations across multiple stakeholders.
* Handle marketing approvals submitted by Commercial Affiliates.
* Provide timely response to all requests.
* Acquire knowledge of Affiliates rights and commitments.
* Understanding of specific categories, including competitors.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
* Ability to manage expectations and navigate complex partner dynamics.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
* 2-3 years' experience of marketing or account servicing with a client or agency
* Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage
* Knowledge in business intelligence, technology, marketing analylstics and data visualization is a strong plus
* Familiarity with tools for performance tracking and post-event reporting
* Eagerness to understand FIFA and commercial affiliates' business and marketing objectives
* Capability to multi-task under pressure and set priorities
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Motivated team player with strong organizational skills
* Client oriented, efficient and effective
* Fluent in English & Arabic
* Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
* Good knowledge in KORE, SharePoint, Power BI is an advantage
* Willingness to travel at least one week per month
