Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation
Join PwC Switzerland as Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation. Lead a global delivery team, solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution, and drive growth of our cybersecurity practice in manufacturing, pharma, and industrial products industries.
Responsibilities
* Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions; develop and grow cyber business.
* Lead and scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
* Deliver large and complex transformation programs, including supply chain, OT, IAM, and managed services, advising clients on target operating models and IT‑OT convergence.
* Create an environment where people and technology thrive together; drive culture and collaboration.
* Own strategic client relationships to deliver value for stakeholders.
* Influence and facilitate long‑term relationships that add value to the firm and clients.
Skills & Qualifications
* 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, pharma, or industrial products.
* Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.
* Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
* Expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects.
* Experience with cybersecurity functions such as OT security, supply chain security, incident response, and regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
* Leadership and business development experience in multicultural environments.
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of industry standards (IEC‑62243, NIST CS).
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP are beneficial.
