Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st-level IT support to users, addressing incidents mainly via phone and email.
* Communicate and coordinate with 2nd-level support for issue escalation when required.
* Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
* Perform preliminary analysis and troubleshooting to resolve common IT problems, including via remote access.
* Keep users informed about the status of their requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in IT Service Desk or 1st-level support roles.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German.
* Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Organized and able to monitor and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
