The Medical Representative is responsible for business development and market growth by promoting medical solutions to clients, while building sustainable partnerships in French-speaking Switzerland.

Its mission is to improve patients’ quality of life by offering clinically proven, patient-centred therapeutic alternatives, in close collaboration with professionals in its sector.
Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Management Generate revenue by developing strong relationships with sector professionals.
Present the company’s value proposition and effectively differentiate from competitors.
Develop and implement an annual commercial action plan to increase market share.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, customer service, finance).
2. Market Development & Stakeholder Management Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influential persons.
Represent the company at congresses, conferences and trade fairs.
Contribute to the development of local therapeutic recommendations and reimbursement processes in coordination with stakeholders.
3. Customer Engagement & Technical Support Provide high-level technical support to partners to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
Ensure onboarding and training of new partners on the product range.
Be the primary contact for customer queries, problem resolution and long-term collaboration.
4. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain regular contact with client accounts to monitor performance and manage any post-sale issues.
Use CRM and BI tools to track activity, analyse data and plan commercial actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and operational alignment.
Understand and manage contractual processes, including payment and reimbursement flows.
5. Training Deliver comprehensive product training and clinical usage recommendations to healthcare professionals.
Participate in internal training to keep product knowledge up to date.
Travel regularly within the assigned region and represent the company at events if necessary.
6. Compliance & Quality Ensure strict adherence to internal quality standards, health regulations and ethical rules.
Act in line with the company’s values: innovation, quality and customer focus.
7. Additional Contributions Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the assigned region.
Support cross-functional initiatives at the request of the commercial management team.
Candidate Profile
Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2). German is an asset and may replace English.
More than 5 years’ experience in medical device sales, dental solutions or a similar healthcare environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, medical technologies or equivalent field.
Proven commercial success and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Autonomous, structured and results-oriented approach to territory management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and solution orientation.
Based in Switzerland, daily travel within French-speaking Switzerland is expected.
