We are opening a position for a Business Analyst to strengthen our team based in Geneva. This role is part of a program focused on the digitalization and long-term safeguarding of archives, aiming to ensure universal accessibility and sustainable preservation across all formats (paper, multimedia, or digital).
Responsibilities of the position
* Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to information lifecycle management and digital archiving.
* Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
* Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders (solution architects, technical leads, product owners, integrators) to design solutions that meet both business and technical objectives.
* Contribute to the implementation, testing, and deployment of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs.
* Validate functionalities through user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Prepare and deliver user documentation and guidelines.
* Support project and program managers in defining scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
* At least 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
* Strong expertise in information management governance and long-term preservation of digital assets.
* Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to collect, interpret, and structure business needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluency in both English and French (mandatory).
* Demonstrated experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to build consensus.
* Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
