Your Responsibilities Receiving and processing individual and group bookings from inquiry to reservation, in compliance with the standards of “Leading Hotels of the World,” Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and our internal QM Ensuring smooth operations in the reservations department Providing personalized service to our (international) guests throughout the reservation process Entering guest data into the Protel on Premise booking system Shared responsibility for current occupancy levels and monitoring of the room budget Coordinating various rates and conditions with the reservations manager Close collaboration with operational and administrative hotel departments Assisting in monitoring our availability on online channels (CRS)
