Job Description
The Digital Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the development and execution of digital initiatives (e.g., website development, CRM platform, digital marketing tools) related to marketing electricity and natural gas to end customers in the Western European Sales Division of MET Group (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic). The position is based in Baar, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project/Program Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee operations to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage scope changes and develop program plans for multiple initiatives.
* Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, control costs, track expenses, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as main contact for internal and external stakeholders, provide updates, understand requirements, and manage expectations.
* Sprint Planning & Execution: Facilitate sprint planning, oversee execution, organize daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
* Performance Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, track metrics, and report performance.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with policies and standards, and manage governance processes.
* Continuous Improvement: Improve workflows, incorporate feedback, and enhance team efficiency.
* Quality Assurance & Satisfaction: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations, facilitate testing, and validate products.
* Change Management & Post-launch Support: Oversee post-launch activities, troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Engineering degree or MSc in Economics/Management
* 7-10 years of experience as a digital project manager, including RFP/RFQ processes; energy retail knowledge is a plus
* Proficiency in English; French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including dealing with C-suite
* Experience with agile methodologies
* Technical background (architecture, integrations, coding) is a plus
* Knowledge of digital tools (CMS, CRM, ERP) and collaborative software (Azure DevOps, Jira)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work with cross-functional, international teams
* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
