Junior Strategy and Operations Analyst (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
* Gather and map business requirements to design efficient processes
* Conduct organisational analysis in line with financial, legal, and statutory requirements
* Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic insights
* Support the development of business plans and long-term strategy
* Collaborate across departments to ensure targets are met
* Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Contribute to special projects as needed
We Offer:
* Contract type: Temporary (1-3 months)
* Working hours: Full-time
* Location: Fully remote (anywhere in the EU)
* Compensation: approx. €5,000-€5,550 per month
