Responsibilities and Skills
* Prior HR/Payroll System Integration knowledge – primarily from benefits integrations with payroll.
* Needs to understand the process of data collection/input into an HR system and the translation and output of that data into the payroll provider’s specific format via integration.
* SuccessFactors and experience a plus; led or managed part of an HR/Payroll implementation.
* Interpret and understand BRD’s and process documents.
* Technical writing skills—able to draft features and answer questions and feedback on user stories.
* Data migration experience—seeding, mapping, and transformation of data for startup/setup of new systems/tools.
