Your challenge
1. Gather requirements with HR, IT, and Finance and translate them into robust solutions
2. Configure, test, and deploy SAP Payroll and Time Management modules
3. Ensure operational readiness, transition to run mode, and contribute to perform in the support model
4. Safeguard compliance, manage OSS notes, and steer system updates
5. Deliver end-user training and ongoing support
6. Support integrations with adjacent SAP modules and external systems (e.g., time and attendance)
Your qualifications
7. Experience in SAP Payroll and Time Management, incl. configuration, schemas, and rules
8. Strong grasp of SAP payroll processes, tax and compliance in tools like PCC, wage types, and PCR
9. Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication
10. Ideally Swiss SAP payroll experience in end-to-end project delivery and integrating external systems
11. Knowledge of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and basic ABAP debugging skills
12. You work independently, stay organized across multiple tasks, and keep an eye on outcomes
13. You are fluent in German and English
