What we're looking for:
BSc or MSc in Science, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
10–15 years of advanced-level Quality Assurance experience
10–15 years managing direct reports
Strong knowledge of QA principles, regulatory compliance, and quality systems
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team development skills
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Provide daily oversight, tactical, and strategic leadership to QA Project Managers.
Ensure quality deliverables, including sterility assurance assessments, are met for tech transfer, process validation, and material assessments.
Address and resolve issues related to tech transfer, deviations, change controls, and regulatory compliance.
Manage and track Key Performance Indicator metrics for internal and external customers.
Support staff in achieving QA objectives, perform key functions, and provide task overflow support.
Train, mentor, and develop QA Project Managers in quality principles.
Lead identification, defense, and resolution of quality issues, ensuring proper documentation.
Act as QA Project Manager on client projects when required.
Partner with internal customers on Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, and Investigations.
Support higher-risk change controls and deviations across MSAT, Engineering, QC, Validation, SC, and Manufacturing.
Attend meetings prepared to identify and address quality requirements.
Prepare deviation trending reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Support regulatory and customer audits as needed.
