The role involves a range of responsibilities, including
Comprehensive risk management, supporting the enhancement of the BA’s risk & control framework, encompassing risk identification and assessment as well as defining risk mitigation measures and risk steering & reporting
Active participation in regulatory and/or strategic change initiatives, including risk assessment and high-quality advice to ensure business suitable and compliant implementation

You Offer You offer:
University degree or equivalent banking or finance education
At least five years of expertise in Banking (ideally Corporate Banking), Financial Services or Consulting with focus on risk management, Compliance and/or project management and exposure to regulatory requirements and change initiatives
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills with a structured, solution-delivering approach, combined with passion and proactivity
Ability to perform excellent business partner management & communication across different seniority levels and various parts of the organization, including front units as well as the second and third Line of Defense
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team, willing to go above and beyond
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken); French or Italian would be an advantage

We are looking for an experienced IT Security and Risk Manager as part of
the Global IT Organization who will develop, execute and enhance the
Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance framework.
You will develop and implement various policies and procedures for the
organization`s information network that are designed to maintain
information safety and mitigate risk. You will support and be a strong
contributor to the IT Security and Risk strategy by analysing existing
technical security controls and communicate with various stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development, implementation and enforcement of
Swissport information security strategy, policy, standards, controls
and processes
* Support security reviews, internal and external audits; perform third
party and vendor security assessments in accordance with Swissport
security policy and standards
* Provide security guidance to customer, regulatory and/or supplier
RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
* Perform risk assessments, support penetration testing; develop and
support implementation of the risk mitigation plans complying with
the information security policy, standards and/or good security
practices
* Support and ccoordinate security incidents response and investigate
major security incidents. Recommend appropriate security control
improvements
* Advise the company in respect to compliance with laws, regulations
and industry standards as they apply to the company’s business
* Influence and justify security mitigations to reduce risks to the
company operations/organization
Qualifications and Competencies
1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or equivalent work
experience
2. 10+ years working experience in positions that include a combination of
different areas, such as risk management, information security, policy,
awareness and privacy protection
3. A professional information security certification, such as CISM, CISSP,
CISA, CRISC or other is a plus
4. Strong IT knowledge as well as expert knowledge of information security
management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT and NIST as well as
awareness and understanding of compliance and data protection regulations,
such as GDPR
5. Proven track record and end-to-end experience in providing subject matter
expertise and advise to projects in the areas of security awareness,
vulnerability and risk management, privacy, incident response and policy
creation
6. Previous experience in developing and implementing information security
standards, guidelines and best practices
7. Strategic and planning skills experience would be an added advantage
8. Demonstrate ability to influence and motivate cross-functional,
interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic and tactical goals
9. Willingness to challenge the status quo and to drive innovation and change
10. Willingness to learn and constantly self-develop in the area of Information
Security
11. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global matrix environment
12. Ability to communicate openly, clearly and explain technical issues in
simple terms

As a member of the ‘Risk Management Governance’ team, you maintain Julius
Baer’s enterprise-wide Model Risk Framework and drive its further
enhancement. You will perform independent reviews on financial and
non-financial risk-related models, setting and enforcing model governance
standards, performing independent technical validation, measuring, managing
model risk and reporting on model risk to senior management and
supervisors.
The function ‘Risk Management Governance’ is part of the Risk Management
department – whose Head reports directly to the Chief Risk Officer, a
member of the Executive Board.
YOUR CHALLENGE
* Maintain and further develop the model governance framework and model
risk management processes
* Drive its implementation and global roll-out
* Maintain the Central Model Inventory and initiate reviews and update
processes
* Ensure adequate oversight over Model Life Cycle management
* Review appropriateness and of new models and their implementation
* Perform independent re-validation of models in accordance to a
multi-annual review plan (partly in coordination with independent
internal and external parties)
* Perform model risk assessments and lead model risk mitigation
activities
* Monitor model performance along standardised risk metrics and
contribute to risk reports
* Build strong relationships with model owners, users, subject matter
experts and Risk Management functions in foreign locations
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics or in any
quantitative sciences), FRM or PRM is an advantage
* Strong industry experience in Risk Management, with a minimum of 5-8
years within the management consulting or financial service industry
* Profound knowledge of models, model risk framework and key model risk
regulatory rule sets
* Excellent technology skills, with the ability to understand certain
programming and program flows as well as databases and architectural
design.
* Outstanding analytical, conceptual and statistical skills
* Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills to
identify key issues and take appropriate decisions.
* Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable
with driving and managing change, challenging the status quo, and
being result oriented
* Ability to simplify complex matters both in the revaluation
activities as well as in the communication with all stakeholders
* Results-oriented individual with outstanding interpersonal skills,
written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in German and
English
