Tasks
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing legal documents and client correspondence.
Conducting targeted research on cross-border structures, regulatory developments, and international tax topics.
Assisting with compliance and KYC processes.
Contributing to the firm’s quarterly publications and internal knowledge base.
Managing administrative workflows tied to client mandates and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a law, tax, or economics programme (Bachelor or Master level) with strong academic standing
Genuine interest in international tax, private client structuring, or cross-border legal matters — demonstrated through coursework, thesis work, or prior internships
Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks without close supervision
Strong written and analytical skills; able to produce clear, well-reasoned work under time constraints
Discreet handling of confidential client information
Fluent in English; working proficiency in German preferred
