Job description
Management of brand and design portfolios of Swatch Group companies, including:
* Advising Group companies on the protection of their brands and design at both national and international level
* Conducting availability searches for trademarks and monitoring newly registered trademarks and designs
* Filing, renewing, and analyzing brand and design portfolios
* Instructing external lawyers
* Identifying potential issues and developing solutions to obtain protection
* Handling disputes, in some cases in collaboration with external lawyers at national and international levels
* Monitoring processes and deadlines
* Completing formalities required to maintain rights
* Reporting and various administrative tasks related to portfolio management
Your skills and experience
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (paralegal) with several years of experience in the field of intellectual property, preferably in an international environment
* Business fluent French or German with good knowledge of the other language, very good level of English (written and spoken)
* Good communication skills, autonomy, strong ability to manage different tasks within deadlines and with diligence, responsiveness, and analytical mindset
* Team spirit, loyalty, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
