About the role
As an End User Training and Communications Specialist (m / f / d), you will empower Sonova employees – including senior leaders – to feel confident and inspired in how they use modern collaboration tools.

This role combines training, communication, and change management, helping people get the most out of technology and fostering a culture of digital collaboration across Sonova.

Based on site in Stäfa, you will work closely with the local IT team as well as with the global End User Communications & Training team, connecting people, tools, and learning in meaningful ways.

To succeed in this position, you should be on site in Stäfa around 80% of the time, as in-person interaction, coaching, and visibility are key elements of the role.

More about the role

Design and deliver engaging trainings, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to diverse audiences

Inspire colleagues to adopt new ways of working with modern digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365)

Act as a change agent — promoting collaboration, inclusion, and digital confidence

Develop user-friendly training materials, guides, and videos that make learning accessible and fun

Partner with IT, HR, and Communications to align learning initiatives with broader digital workplace goals

Provide feedback to product teams on user needs and challenges to continuously improve the experience

More about you

Several years of experience in training, user enablement, or software education, ideally in a corporate environment

A true people person – empathetic, patient, and able to connect with others at all levels

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, both in person and online

Passion for helping others succeed with technology and learning new tools

Curious, energetic, and open-minded, with the ability to make complex topics simple and engaging

Excellent command of English (spoken and written); German or other European languages are an advantage

Experience with Microsoft 365 or similar collaboration tools is a plus – but not essential
