We’re looking for a Lead Auditor to join our team — someone who thrives on responsibility, precision, and collaboration at the highest levels of banking.
* Lead end-to-end audits with independence, efficiency, and clear communication of results
* Deliver comprehensive reports that drive decision-making
* Act as a trusted sparring partner for management, challenging and supporting with insight
* Monitor the implementation of key measures to ensure lasting improvements
* Prepare statements for senior stakeholders including the Head of Group Internal Audit, the Board of Directors, and line decision-makers
* Contribute to special investigations and strategic projects
* Serve as a subject matter expert in front office topics such as cross-border business and investment suitability
* Completed banking apprenticeship and higher business education (university / FH); CIA, CPA, CFA or similar qualifications welcome
* At least 5 years of experience as a lead auditor in banking (either within a bank or auditing firm), with expertise in front office-related topics
* Strong command of Microsoft Office; Avaloq knowledge is a plus
* Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and solve complex problems
* High integrity, responsibility, and a strong work ethic
* Skilled at building relationships and working with diverse stakeholders
* Hands‑on mentality with the ability to work independently
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40–50 days per year)
* Fluent in English OR German. French or Spanish fluency is an advantage
