Master’s degree in engineering or other technical field preferred
Experience in Medical Device environment (4-6 years)
Preferred previous experience in Quality, Manufacturing or Service and Repair (3-5 years)
Recommended Lean six sigma Green/ Black Belt, Project Management Certification or ASQ certitification (CIA, CQE) are an asset for this position
Experience with EtQ, Trackwise, Salesforce, PLM and ERP systems are beneficial for this role
Additional language skills (preferably German) are beneficial for this role
Experience in regulated ISO 13485 industries
JOB SUMMARY
Point of contact for World Wide Service Centers for and having experience with
harmonizing, transformation initiatives, cost-improvement initiatives, and transfer projects
execution of QS procedures
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Quality Management System (QMS), Service FMEA etc related for Service and Repair operations
harmonizing and monitoring processes related training and quality agreements deployment.
Collaborate with Service Operations and other Supply Chain representatives to ensure global harmonization of service processes
support resolution for all nonconformances, CAPAs and audit observations related to Installation and Services
Conduct trainings related to procedural changes for other engineers to SME status
Available to travel at local DPS Service sites
