Founded in 1984, Our Client is the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or chips. The client has its R&D and manufacturing operations in The Netherlands.
To support and maintain the Source Tin Supply and Refill functionality we are looking for a Control/Automation engineer with strong affinity with SW development.
The candidate shall be part of a SW team and work in a multidisciplinary project. For the first 4-8 weeks of onsite ramp-up is highly likely. 1-2 weeks/quarter travel might be needed onsite (NL).
Responsibilities Understanding the current control methodologies and implementations
Understanding the plan models used for offline testing of the control and automation solutions
Implement new requirements by modifying the current baselines
Qualify the new implementations and maintain the testing environments
Issue resolution and troubleshooting depending on intake from field or factory
SKILLS Must have The main technology is C++ (strong knowledge of architectural patterns and object-oriented design and implementation) - minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant position needed
Python - used for testing (min 1 year experience)
Experience with product development lifecycle and requirements traceability
Familiarity with coding / modelling standards and compliance
Knowledge of industry standard software quality processes
Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies
Previous experience with embedded systems
Technical University Degree
