Job Description
Are you passionate about marketing and communication? Do you want to work in a creative and dynamic environment? Become a Marketing Assistant at LGT Bank Switzerland and contribute to diverse and exciting event and marketing projects!
* Support the four-person Marketing & Communications team responsible for all marketing and communication activities of LGT Bank Switzerland
* Assist in the nomination and invitation process for events (creating CRM campaigns, ensuring data quality, preparing electronic invitation materials such as event websites)
* Execute external mailings and newsletter distributions
* Support internal communication
* Support in the creation and updating of presentations and factsheets
* Perform administrative tasks such as accounting, ordering, or responding to donation and sponsorship requests
Requirements
* Completed commercial or equivalent education
* Strong interest in the field of marketing/communication; work experience is an advantage
* An engaged, motivated, responsible, and creative individual with a quick comprehension skills
* Very careful and precise working methods, good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
* Flair for text, layout and photography
* Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), as well asexcellent German and very good English skills; other languages are an advantage
