We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Procurement to support the management of a global $300M sourcing portfolio in Oils & Fats and Coconut. This role is key in ensuring accurate contract data and delivering insights to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Data Management
* Maintain all physical Oils and Coconut contract data in commodities trading systems, ensuring alignment with supplier agreements (price, volume, specifications, delivery terms).
* Track and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual raw material requirements across all business units.
* Update and manage Oils certification costs within systems.
* Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Sustainability) regarding volume, cost, certification, and coverage data.
* Develop and maintain global pricing standards for all Oils categories.
Financial & Performance Tracking
* Monitor and analyze Oils and Coconut P&L by product, region, and manufacturing site, including Co-manufacturing partners.
* Track contract balances and collaborate with materials management to minimize adjustments and ensure targeted inventory levels.
* Support budget setting and forecasting activities for Oils and Coconut categories.
Sustainability & Compliance
* Liaise with Responsible Sourcing teams to support sustainable sourcing initiatives and comply with evolving reporting requirements.
* Represent Oils Procurement in sustainability and compliance forums.Continuous
Improvement & Digital Transformation
* Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the Oils category.
* Actively participate in digital transformation projects, representing Oils Procurement and contributing to process optimization.
* Drive supply chain financing strategies to support working capital targets.
Specialty Oils & Coconut Sourcing
* Build deep category expertise in Specialty Oils and Coconut, with the goal of taking ownership of a $25M portfolio.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to diversify supply chains, reduce risk, and support long-term sustainability and affordability.
* Create a CI pipeline to capture value opportunities and partner with project teams for execution.
* Monitor and manage raw material requirements, contract coverage, and budget tracking for Specialty Oils and Coconut.
Qualifikationen
* Strong interest in commodity markets; familiarity with commodity trading terminology is a plus.
* Advanced analytical and data processing skills; able to generate and defend data-driven insights.
* High level of motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Ability to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic global environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
* Experience with SAP is a plus.
* Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or commodity management.
