One of our clients is seeking an experienced Accountant.
Full‑time permanent position.
Will be required to be onsite in Nafels, Switzerland.
Fluent German.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day accounting, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
* Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
* Handle VAT, payroll taxes, and other regulatory filings.
* Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes.
* Prepare and analyse financial reports, KPIs, and variances.
* Monitor costs, support budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on financial matters.
* Contribute to process improvements and finance system enhancements.
Skills and Requirements
* Diploma in Finance & Accounting (e.g., Swiss Federal Diploma or equivalent HF qualification).
* 3–5 years of accounting experience in Switzerland.
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Monthly salary: CHF 7500 – CHF 10000.
