Night Auditor (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operations during the night shift
* Provide professional service and personal support to international guests overnight
* Complete and prepare the daily financial closing
* Review and process F&B accounts, correcting where necessary
* Prepare all required reports and statistics for the accounting department
* Check and correct guest invoices where needed
* Carry out regular security rounds throughout the property
* Manage and oversee all night shift duties
* Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
* Prepare the front desk for the following day
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in the Front Office, ideally as a Night Auditor in luxury hospitality
* Excellent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages, particularly German, Russian, Italian, or French, are an advantage
* Familiarity with hotel software such as Protel or Protel Air is desirable
* Strong organisational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach
* Team player with a positive attitude, proactive support for colleagues
* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, with readiness to work late evenings and nights
