Application engineer

PpTo strengthen our technical support team, we are looking for a hands‑on and customer‑oriented bApplication Engineer for the DACH region /b. /p pIn this role, you will support our customers and sales partners in the implementation, optimization, and further development of technical solutions across various industrial sectors. /p pThe focus is on applications in the areas of bcleaning technologies, coatings protective coatings, soldering processes flux systems, as well as thermal management cooling solutions /b. /p pYou will work closely with our Area Sales Managers, international technical teams, as well as customers and distributors, and actively contribute to technical support and business development within the DACH region. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide technical support to customers and sales partners in the DACH region /li liAdvise on the selection and implementation of suitable products and processes /li liSupport product qualification, production ramp‑ups, and process optimization /li liConduct technical trials, tests, and product validations /li liAnalyze technical issues and assist with root cause analysis /li liPrepare technical reports, application recommendations, and presentations /li liDeliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal teams /li liWork closely with Area Sales Managers to support customer projects and business development /li liParticipate in customer visits, tech days, trade fairs, and technical presentations /li liShare market and customer feedback to support future product development /li liWillingness to travel within the DACH region /li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RD, and Quality teams /li /ul h3Skills Requirements /h3 h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liTechnical education or degree in: /li libChemistry, Materials Science, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Microtechnology /b, or a comparable technical qualification /li liExperience in one or more of the following areas: /li liIndustrial cleaning, coatings, soldering, flux, process chemistry, thermal management, cooling solutions /li liKnowledge of industrial production processes /li liExperience in btechnical customer support, application engineering, or process support /b is an advantage /li liHands‑on mentality with a passion for practical problem‑solving /li liIndependent, structured, and customer‑oriented working style /li liAbility to communicate technical solutions in a clear and practical way /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
