Manpower We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs / Product Stewardship Specialist to manage European drinking water (DW) contact approvals for an extensive product portfolio. This role focuses on regulatory compliance, certification management and business support. Key responsibilities - Manage and maintain European drinking water contact certifications across the full product portfolio - Monitor certificate expiration dates and independently initiate renewals or extensions - Review product formulations in line with current and evolving European regulations - Assess regulatory impacts and coordinate formulation adaptations together with product specialists and R&D when required - Manage regulatory aspects of product changes, including: - communication with certification bodies and test institutes - preparation and submission of technical and regulatory documentation - coordination of additional testing if needed - Request and manage new drinking water approvals for new grades and business opportunities, based on commercial priorities - Support and manage the annual certification budget: - prepare budget inputs and justifications for senior stakeholders - place orders and review invoices - prepare reports and support decision-making - Recommend whether certifications should be renewed or allowed to expire, based on business performance and portfolio relevance Your profile - Master's degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related scientific discipline - 2+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship or Product Compliance within an industrial environment - Solid experience with European regulatory frameworks and certifications, ideally related to: - drinking water contact - food contact materials - chemicals, polymers or industrial materials - Ability to work independently and manage multiple certifications and priorities in parallel - Experience working with certification bodies, laboratories and external institutes - Business-aware mindset with experience supporting budget planning and cost tracking - Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills - Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage) If you believe your profile aligns with this position, please submit your complete application, including your CV, diploma(s) and work certificates.
