Open 7 days a week, La Brasserie de la Bourse offers more than 200 guests daily a traditional menu with local products and seasonal dishes, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Maison Martel, founded in 1818, is among the first Swiss artisan chocolatiers. Martel offers a wide range of chocolates, macarons, viennoiseries, pastries, confectionery and ice creams for sale and tasting in its nine boutiques/tea rooms located in the canton of Geneva.
Martel also stands out for its catering service and the excellence of its chocolates, made from a rigorous selection of the finest cocoa beans.
We are looking for chefs de rang for our Martel and La Bourse entities.
Chef de Rang
Contract Hours at 80%-100% :
* Welcome and advise customers
* Showcase the products
* Perform service in the dining room
* Ensure compliance with internal standards
* More than 2 years experience in a similar position
* Training, diploma in catering is a plus
* Very good presentation
* Customer-solution oriented
* Very good command of French; other languages a plus
* Split shift hours
