Accounting Manager Job Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the general accounting for one or more Swiss entities of the group in collaboration with all members of the finance & accounting team.
You will also prepare intercompany customer accounts, closing entries (transitory items, depreciation, provisions), record salary entries and evolve key documents used for closing purposes (inventory tracking, leasing), ensure compliance with tax and social regulations (VAT, corporate taxes, social contributions) as well as monitor debtors and carry out follow-ups for overdue invoices with the support of accounting assistants.
In addition to these responsibilities you will: Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts Ensure weekly cash monitoring Responsible for monthly reporting Perform invoice entry tasks during busy periods when required Assist junior accountants.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years experience in accounting within a finance department ideally in a multi-company environment Experienced team collaboration Demonstrated autonomy flexibility proactive approach towards deadlines detail oriented analytical skills. -----------------------------------
