A Luxury Maison is seeking a Store Manager for its boutique in St. Moritz.
Key responsibilities :
* Team management : Train, lead, and motivate the team to ensure optimal performance. Foster a collaborative work environment focused on excellence and goal achievement
* Sales : Developping own Client portfolio to achieve individual & team’ sales targets
* Client Experience : Develop and maintain a client-centric culture, offering a personalized and memorable service that reflects the values and image of the Maison
* Brand representation : Represent the Maison at exclusive local events; strengthen loyalty among existing clients and generate new business opportunities
* Performance monitoring : Drive KPIs to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
* Operational excellence : Oversee compliance with guidelines in terms of security, operations, VM and overall store presentation
* Analysis & Reporting : Analyze store performance, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results and unlock full potential
Desired profile :
* Significative Luxury Sales experience and VIC portfolio in St. Moritz and/or Zurich
* Fluency in Italian OR German, and in English
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
