As a Sales Manager in the DCT area, you are the central interface between technology, sales, and customers. You actively shape market expansion, advise your customers on technical challenges, and help successfully implement connection solutions. How does the job look? Technical and application-oriented consultations with device manufacturers and EMS service providers with a focus on device and connection technology. Responsibility for acquiring and maintaining a reliable customer network, including attracting new customers, expanding existing customer relationships, and achieving design wins in close collaboration with technical development projects, both internal and external, using relevant tools as well as commercial and technical expertise. Participation in customer-specific solutions with a focus on simple, reliable connectivity to meet specific requirements. Basic electrical training with experience in connection technology and products. Successful experience in sales, preferably in B2B and electronics sales or in distribution. Fluent in German spoken and written with good knowledge of English; French skills are an advantage. Ability to quickly master new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
