You have:
• high standard of written and spoken German and English
• strong banking knowledge, ideally familiar with the concepts of resolution and recovery
• successful experience of leadership, both in terms of people as well as projects and initiatives
• willingness to take time to review the UBS’s third party provider landscape and our place within financial markets
• an ability to work towards deadlines, plan ahead and prioritize
• experience of working within a global group
• an appreciation of the impact of regulatory guidelines and requirements
• strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities, with the ability to bring teams together towards a common goal
