 
        
        Job Purpose
As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives encompassing product launches, data management and cross-functional coordination. This role offers valuable, hands-on experience within a prestigious watchmaking Maison.
Key Responsibilities
 * Product Marketing Data Management
 * Maintain and update product marketing data within the internal omnichannel platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all touchpoints
 * Manage data related to new product launches, adhering to short deadlines and collaborating closely with Communication teams to guarantee up-to-date and aligned information
 * Physical & digital set-up of a Creative room
 * Coordinate the physical set-up of a dedicated creative space in collaboration with Human Resources and Campus Management
 * Define and implement the digital infrastructure for the creative space in partnership with the Product Marketing team to optimize engagement and workflow
 * Marketing analysis & competitive benchmarking
 * Conduct ad hoc analyses of competitive landscapes, industry trends, and strategic focus areas
 * Synthesize insights from Group Marketing Services reports and develop additional analyses tailored to Maison-specific needs
 * User manual creation & coordination
 * Lead the development of a comprehensive user manual, from initial draft to final publication
 * Gather and synthesize information from multiple departments and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
 * Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery for both online and print releases
 * Ad hoc projects
 * Consolidate key insights to support periodic cross-functional meetings, fostering alignment across teams
 * Ensure data accuracy, message clarity, and high-quality editing of presentation decks
 * Prepare PowerPoint presentations for training purposes
 * Conduct research on inspirational themes for new timepiece designs
PROFILE
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
 * Analytical mindset with a keen interest in market trends and luxury brand positioning
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective cross-team collaboration
 * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with omnichannel tools is a plus
 * Fluent in French and English
