Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
Your responsibilities
In this position, you will act as the strategic HR advisor to the Swiss Leadership team as well as a partner with the plant leadership teams to deliver the overall HR Experience.
* Strategic HR Advisor to all functional leadership – Coach and Advisor to managers, leaders and HR partners.
* Work closely with other HR functions (HR services, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to effectively manage the successful delivery of professional HR support to drive the business imperatives.
* Understand and develop local HR strategies and priorities while balancing other functional HR priorities.
* Strategically execute all HR initiatives, ensure consistent implementation and feedback to project owners.
* Participate in regional/global project teams to ensure the Swiss HR perspective is considered.
* Review all country policies, processes and employee compensation & benefits regularly to align with internal and external trends and business needs.
* Implement and oversee the communication strategy for the site in Switzerland.
* Ensure TE's full compliance with local regulatory requirements and labor laws.
* Foster a positive and productive employee relations climate.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement using tools and metrics for execution and monitoring.
* Identify internal and environmental changes and influence stakeholders to respond effectively.
What your background should look like:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory.
* Relevant HR generalist experience within a manufacturing organization, with specific Swiss labor law expertise (HR-Fachfrau/HR-Fachmann certificate or equivalent).
* Experience working in and influencing a cross-functional global environment.
* Experience managing ambiguity, risk, and strategic project changes.
* Experience in Employee Focused Communications is a plus.
* Continuous improvement mindset to enhance service and efficiency.
* Strategic thinking with operational execution skills.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
* Fluent in English and French.
