PURPOSE
The primary objective of this role is to enhance the INTERSPORT brand’s position as a global leader in local sports. This involves supporting the Sr Marketing Manager PLB in creating and implementing a comprehensive global omni-channel marketing strategy for the assigned Private Label Brands. Additionally, the role supports the Sr Marketing Lead PLB & Mountain Sports in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies specifically for the Outdoor & Winter Sports categories.
The Junior Marketing Manager plays a key supporting role in linking global marketing strategies with regional implementation across the INTERSPORT Group. As a facilitator, this role promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing between regional teams and supports the consistent implementation of global plans at the local level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall
* Supports the development of the global INTERSPORT brand.
* Supports the team in content creation and distribution to all relevant stakeholders and partners.
Category Marketing Mountain Sports
* Supports the Category Marketing Strategy through the creation of sell-in guidance to ensure the best impact and consideration of key category stories at future launch dates.
* Supports sample organizing, administrative tasks, content distribution, and communication with all relevant stakeholders and partners for Mountain Sports-specific INTERSPORT moments.
Private Label Brands
* Assists in the development and implementation of the PLB marketing strategy.
* Supports budget planning, tracking, and management to ensure financial resources are used effectively.
* Assists in the creation and execution of various marketing deliverables.
* Responsible for maintaining the social media channel through regular updates and consistent activities to ensure smooth operation in exchange and consultation with the Sr Marketing Manager PLB.
COLLABORATION
* Drives an open and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders, and makes sure that the marketing counterparts on N/O level are aware of the activations and campaigns.
* Cooperates closely with the national marketing teams, knows their market needs and requirements, and drives the implementation of international category-specific marketing programs into the organization.
