Your responsibilities:
Perform analytical methods in QC biochemistry in compliance with GMP and safety regulations, with a focus on ELISA and qPCR.
Independently carry out routine analyses and actively contribute to method implementation, validation and transfer activities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, including thorough documentation of results and preparation of standard operating procedures.
Support daily laboratory operations, including responsibility for equipment, maintenance and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
Your profile:
Completed trainings as a laboratory technician (chemistry or biology) or an equivalent qualification.
Solid background in biochemistry, ideally with hands-on experience in ELISA and qPCR.
Initial experience in quality control (QC) and familiarity with GMP environments is an advantage.
Independent, structured and detail-oriented working style with strong sense of responsibility.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive, motivated and committed to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Fluent English language skills, German is a plus.
