Technical Solutions Engineer

You will lead technical pre-sales activities for new logo acquisition and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to demo SpotMe products with a tailored approach to customer use cases and value proposition across key verticals (life sciences, professional services, technology).

Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SpotMe products and tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each customer.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical pre-sales and solution engineering support from initial lead to deal closure.

* Create supporting assets for key deals, such as videos and presentations highlighting user experience, data and system integrations, data flows, security concepts and overall value of the solution.
">
* Drive technical discovery sessions with customers by addressing all buying personas with a detailed implementation plan.

Requirements:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
">
* 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a growth/scale-up stage SaaS company.
">
* Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, video and event management products.
">
* Excellent verbal/written communication/presentation skills.
">
* Fluency in English, written and spoken; German/French are a plus.
">
* Able to work within a dynamic, changing environment and adapt to unconventional hours.
