The organisation manages large-scale international physical flows, relying heavily on maritime logistics to ensure uninterrupted supply to its operations. ## Job Description ## Flow & Supply Coordination * Build and manage short- and medium-term supply plans aligned with operational and budget constraints. * Translate demand forecasts into delivery schedules and continuously adjust based on real conditions. * Plan and optimise multiple simultaneous maritime movements. * Act as a key operational interface between planning, procurement, and logistics teams. Inventory Oversight * Monitor inventory levels across multiple production and consumption sites. * Consolidate operational data and maintain accuracy within internal planning systems. * Identify gaps between planned and actual stocks and recommend corrective actions. Logistics Execution * Coordinate vessel scheduling with transport partners. * Track shipments in real time and manage delays or operational incidents. * Support rapid decision-making in case of disruptions or emergencies.
