As a health assistant, you will work in a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. This includes conducting individual therapy sessions with children under the age of six who have been diagnosed with autism at the Autism Therapy Center Zurich (ATZZ).
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Conducting individual therapy sessions with children in the pre-school age group with an autism diagnosis.
* Accurate data collection and evaluation.
* Leading social skills groups and accompanying patients in these groups or other settings (playgroup, kindergarten).
* Active participation in team meetings, training sessions and discussions.
* Maintenance of materials and infrastructure at ATZZ.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A completed and recognized education as a health assistant.
* Willingness to complete internal training in FIVTI.
* Experience working with pre-school children.
* Interest in autism spectrum disorders and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
* Good PC skills in Microsoft Office.
* Initiative, teamwork and stress management abilities.
* Excellent German language skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
