As an Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the operational implementation and strategic development of our supply chain in Switzerland. What you will do: You manage projects – from ordering to delivery to invoicing – and ensure smooth processes in our ERP system (AX12).
You will lead teams at several locations (Kriessern, Adliswil, Sion) and develop them professionally and personally.
You optimize processes in the areas of warehousing, logistics, purchasing, and order processing – with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with sales, project management, and service and will be the central contact person for SCM Europe.
You maintain an overview of inventory, delivery dates, KPIs and costs – and derive targeted measures from them.
What you bring: Relevant education and at least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, purchasing or warehouse management.
Initial leadership experience – ideally with distributed teams.
Very good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally AX12) and MS Office.
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working.
Strong communication skills in German, English and French.
Willingness to travel within Switzerland (20%) and willingness to work at a different location one day per week
