Cultural and Religious ManagerIntroductionThe Albanian Cultural Center is a non-profit organization whose objective is to meet the needs of the Swiss community of Albanian origin in cultural and religious fields. It strengthens social ties by creating a space for meeting, dialogue, sharing, and spirituality. It preserves Albanian culture through traditions and history. It educates and trains people by proposing educational activities to understand Islam, culture, and its connection with the community. Peace, tolerance, solidarity, respect, and social engagement are the core values of the Cultural Center. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cultural and Religious Manager to join our team and contribute to the realization of our mission.Responsibilities- Respond to the cultural and religious needs of the community.- Organize and coordinate cultural and religious events for the community.- Ensure religious education and develop educational programs related to the values of the Center.- Develop partnerships with other religious entities and local authorities to encourage inter-community and interreligious dialogue.- Teach Albanian and Arabic languages.- Teach Albanian culture and history.- Supervise the daily activities of the center and ensure their smooth running.Profile- Knowledge of Albanian history and culture, preferably with a background of at least ten years in a leadership position within a cultural or religious organization.- At least five years of experience in the field of Islamic studies.- Perfect mastery of the Albanian and Arabic languages.- Knowledge of the French language (min. A2) with a willingness to improve until full proficiency.
