P p b JOB PURPOSE /b /p /p p In line with corporate guidelines, the Spa Fleet Supervisor Trainer is responsible for helping improve the performance of the onboard Spa Teams across the fleet; delivering training, driving the revenue strategy, and ensuring the implementation of all Company policies and procedures in order to increase our guest satisfaction. /p p p b KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /b /p /p p b Training /b /p p •Assess the onboard SPA Teams capabilities and training needs to develop strategic training plans; /p p •Deliver standard training to all onboard SPA Teams; /p p •Follow up the training administration and provide reports to the business. /p p b Revenue Strategy /b /p p •Review the execution and performance of the SPA Revenue Strategy; /p p •Support the SPA Team to improve marketing effectiveness and increase sales; /p p •Work with the SPA Manager to analyze revenue results, identifying strength and development areas, and implement corrective actions when necessary. /p p b Operations /b /p p •Support in the creation and development of standard operational processes and procedures; /p p •Run audits across the fleet to ensure compliance of company policies, standards and procedures; /p p •Review guest survey results to improve guests’ experience and satisfaction; /p p •Provide ad hoc analysis and reports. br/ /p p p b QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience) /b /p /p p •Fluent English. Any additional languages are an advantage; /p p •Qualified Beauty Therapist including; facial/body massage and facial/body electrics; /p p •At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role; /p p •Previous Cruise Ship experience; /p p •Business Development and Strategy; /p p •Analytical Skills; /p p •Training Ability and Experience; /p p •People Development and Leadership Experience; /p p •Strong Inter-Personal and Communication Skills;br/ /p p •Able to work in a fast-paced environment, availability to travel. /p p p b VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any) /b /p /p p Hold a valid passport /p br/ br/
